This design and construct project involved converting a 1960 s hardware store into a modern state of the art retail showroom for Harley Davidson. The building features a large retail showroom floor for display of motorcycles, a separate accessories merchandising area, spare parts division and modern air-conditioned workshop. There is also a customer’s lounge and kitchen for the local riders club and dedicated bike parking out the front.

Winner – QMBA Awards: Commercial Renovation up to $2 million dollars
